What the form collects
When you submit a request, we collect your name, company, email, optional phone number, language, requested service, message and acceptance of this policy. The request includes its date, the status “New” and the source “Web tuwebclub”. We do not ask for sensitive information: please avoid including it in your message.
How it is used
The form is used to manage your request, understand the project and contact you about it. Submission requires agreement to this processing. It does not subscribe you to marketing communications and does not send emails automatically. The owner must document and review the applicable legal basis before publishing the service.
Storage and providers
Requests are saved in Teable, accessible to the project’s authorised team. Credentials remain on the server. The owner must confirm provider terms, processing locations, possible transfers and any necessary agreements before publication. No email providers or advertising tools have been connected.
Drafts, retention and rights
Form drafts are kept in your browser’s session storage and removed after successful submission or when that session ends. Submitted requests remain in the project table; the owner’s deletion policy and retention period still need to be defined and configured. The contact channel for access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability requests still needs to be supplied by the owner. This site should not be published without completing that contact.
Abuse protection and measurement
The form includes server validation, a spam trap and attempt limits. Abuse prevention temporarily uses a one-way connection fingerprint, without storing IP addresses in requests or metrics. Optional measurement only activates with your consent and records event, route, language and day, without form content.
